The 4-Session Anxiety Relief Protocol
This is a structured, focused program designed to retrain automatic anxiety responses at the subconscious level. It is not open-ended and it follows a clear progression.
Session 1: Foundation & Mindset Reset (90–120 minutes)
This is an intensive session. We begin with a thorough intake to understand your anxiety — when it started, what triggers it, how it shows up in your body, and what you have tried before.
The hypnosis portion focuses on positive suggestion work, helping you access a calm, focused state and begin building a new internal response to the situations that currently trigger anxiety.
During this session, we also create a mental tool you can use in real life — at work, in traffic, in a crowd, or in the middle of the night — to reconnect with that calm state when you need it most.
The hypnotic portion of this session is recorded. Listening to the recording once per day is a core part of the process.
Session 2: Parts Alignment & Refinement (90–120 minutes)
A conversational session focused on reviewing what has shifted and making adjustments. The hypnosis work uses a parts-based approach to help previously conflicting internal responses — the part of you that wants calm versus the part that keeps triggering alarm — realign in support of a calmer, more controlled response.
This session reinforces the mindset and suggestions established in Session 1.
Session 3: Regression & Deeper Resolution (90–120 minutes)
A conversational review session that uses regression work tailored to where you are in your process. For some clients, this involves reprocessing earlier experiences connected to the beliefs or events that created the anxiety pattern in the first place. For others, the work focuses on regressing to success, realigning with the internal resources already present to support living with calm and confidence.
Session 4: Reinforcement Audio Experience (Pre-Recorded)
Two pre-recorded MP3s (a brief introduction and a longer immersive session) designed as a final integrative reinforcement of the work and a resource you can continue to use moving forward.
Sessions are spaced intentionally to allow your mind to adapt and lock in progress.

What Happens in Session 1
Session 1 is where things begin to change.
We start with a conversation to understand:
- When your anxiety started and what may have triggered it
- The specific situations that make it worse
- What you have already tried and what has or has not helped
Then we move into the hypnosis portion, where your mind begins learning a new way to respond — with calm instead of fear.

Online Sessions Work Just as Effectively
Online hypnotherapy works just as effectively as in‑person sessions.
Research comparing in‑office and online therapeutic work shows no meaningful difference in effectiveness when the structure of the session and the client’s engagement remain the same. The results are driven by the process — not the physical location.

There are two different ways to invest in yourself, both designed to keep the focus on fit, experience, and commitment.

$323 per session. The fourth session (reinforcement audio experience) is complimentary.
Option 2: Program Commitment (Discounted Rate)
$897 when the three live sessions are paid for at the end of Session 1. This option reflects a commitment to completing the full process. Because of the reduced rate, there are no refunds for any unused portion.
