The 4-Session Quit Smoking Protocol
This is a structured, focused program designed to retrain automatic smoking patterns at the subconscious level. It is not open-ended and it follows a clear progression.
Session 1: Foundation & Mindset Reset (90–120 minutes)
This is an intensive session. We begin with a thorough intake to understand your smoking history, triggers, routines, and past quit attempts.
The hypnosis portion focuses on positive suggestion work, helping you access and build a powerful internal mindset around change.
During this session, we also create a mental tool you can use in real life — while driving, at work, or in daily situations — to reconnect with that calm, focused state when needed.
The hypnotic portion of this session is recorded. Listening to the recording once per day is a core part of the process.
Session 2: Parts Alignment & Refinement (90–120 minutes)
A conversational session focused on reviewing what’s working and making adjustments. The hypnosis work uses a parts-based approach to help previously conflicting internal responses realign in support of being a nonsmoker.
This session reinforces the mindset and suggestions established in Session 1.
Session 3: Regression & Deeper Resolution (90–120 minutes)
A conversational review session that uses regression work tailored to where you are in your process. For some clients, this involves reprocessing earlier experiences connected to limiting feelings or beliefs that have interfered with change. For others, the work focuses on regressing to success, realigning with the internal resources already present to support living as a nonsmoker.
Session 4: Reinforcement Audio Experience (Pre-Recorded)
Two pre-recorded MP3s (a brief introduction and a longer immersive session) designed as a final integrative reinforcement of the work and a resource clients can continue to use moving forward.
Sessions are spaced intentionally to allow your mind to adapt and lock in progress.

What Happens in Session 1
Session 1 is where everything changes.
We start with a short conversation to understand:
- Your smoking history
- Previous quit attempts
- When and why cravings show up
Then we move into the hypnosis portion, where your mind learns a new way to respond to old triggers — without struggle or white-knuckling.

Online hypnotherapy works just as effectively as in‑person sessions.

$323 per session. The fourth session (reinforcement audio experience) is complimentary.

$897 when the three live sessions are paid for at the end of Session 1. This option reflects a commitment to completing the full process. Because of the reduced rate, there are no refunds for any unused portion.
