How Hypnosis Therapy Online Works

1. We talk first. Every session begins with a conversation. I learn about what you are dealing with, what you have already tried, and what you want to change. This is not scripted. It is tailored specifically to you.
2. I guide you into a relaxed, focused state. This is not sleep. It is not unconsciousness. You are fully aware the entire time. Most clients describe it as a deep state of calm — like being absorbed in a good book, except your attention is focused inward.
3. We work with your subconscious mind. While you are in that focused state, I use specific techniques to address the patterns, beliefs, or automatic responses that are driving the issue. This is where the real change happens.
4. You come out of hypnosis feeling clear and relaxed. There is no grogginess, no confusion. Most people say they feel lighter and more focused than they have in a long time.

What You Need for Hypnosis Therapy Online
Setting up for online hypnosis is simple:
- A quiet, private space — A room where you will not be interrupted for about an hour. Close the door, silence your phone.
- A comfortable place to sit — A recliner, couch, or comfortable chair. You do not need to lie down.
- A device with a camera and microphone — A laptop, tablet, or phone. Laptop or tablet is ideal so you can set it down and relax.
- A stable internet connection — Standard home Wi-Fi works fine.

Do you accept insurance?
I do not bill insurance directly. However, some clients have had success submitting receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement. I am happy to provide a superbill if needed.
